Premium — $750/month — Growing businesses with more complexity. Up to 5 accounts, class/department tracking, custom reporting, quarterly review call, priority response.
Custom — Let’s Talk — Larger businesses, multi-entity structures, or fractional CFO services.

Step 2 — Engagement & Setup (Week 1). If we’re a fit, we send a clear engagement letter, get access to your accounts, and review where things stand. If you’re behind, we’ll quote a one-time catch-up engagement separately.
Step 3 — Monthly Service Begins. Books reconciled monthly. Statements delivered by the 15th. Direct contact with your accountant. Year-end ready when tax season arrives.

I’m way behind on my books. Can you help?
Yes. Catch-up and clean-up is one of our specialties. We’ll quote that as a separate one-time engagement to get you current, then start your monthly service from there. No judgment.
How fast will I hear back?
We respond to all inquiries within one business day, and usually much faster — often within a couple of hours during business hours.
